Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • All unused quotas (chat, face generation, voice cloning) remain available for the current period
  • No charges for the next billing cycle
  • After the period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

Refund Policy

✓Monthly Subscription Refund

You can get a full refund for Monthly subscriptions if you meet these conditions:

  • ✓Request within 48 hours of payment
  • ✓Chat usage is ≤50 messages

✓Annual Subscription Refund (Downgrade)

Annual subscriptions have a special downgrade policy:

  • Within 120 Days: You can downgrade to the Monthly plan.
  • ✓We will refund the remaining value of your Annual plan minus the cost of one month.
  • ✓After downgrading, you can request a refund for the Monthly charge within 48 hours (if usage ≤50).
  • After 120 Days: No refunds or downgrades are available. You can still cancel to stop future renewals.

Refund Process

  • Refund is processed immediately through Stripe
  • Your subscription is cancelled or downgraded immediately
  • If fully refunded, your account is downgraded to the Free plan and quotas are reset
  • Refund typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

⚠️If Refund Conditions Are Not Met

If you don't meet the refund requirements (e.g., after 48 hours or high usage):

  • ✓You can still cancel your subscription anytime
  • ✓You can continue using your subscription quota for the current month/year
  • ✓No charges for the next billing cycle
  • ✓No refund for the current period

Important Notes

  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless requested within 48 hours of renewal
  • The 48-hour window starts from the payment success time
  • Chat usage is counted from the current subscription period only
  • Refunds result in immediate loss of premium features (unless downgrading)

Special Circumstances

  • ✓Unauthorized charges (report immediately)
  • ✓Duplicate charges (report immediately)
